Custom project pricing

Projects start at $500

Pricing is scoped around the business goal, technical complexity, delivery timeline, integrations, and support requirements. Every project receives a written estimate before work begins.

Starting Price

$500+

Custom software, website, SaaS, automation, and product engineering engagements start at $500. The final price depends on the confirmed scope of work.

A quote is not final until the project requirements, deliverables, timeline, payment schedule, and assumptions are confirmed in writing.

What Affects The Price

Each estimate is based on practical delivery factors, including:

  • Project type, feature set, and technical complexity.
  • Number of pages, screens, workflows, or user roles.
  • Backend logic, databases, APIs, authentication, dashboards, and admin tools.
  • Third-party integrations, payment systems, automation, hosting, and deployment needs.
  • Design fidelity, responsive behavior, content migration, testing, documentation, and support.
  • Timeline urgency and the level of ongoing maintenance requested.

Common Engagements

  • Business or portfolio websites: custom quote based on page count, content, design, and deployment requirements.
  • Web applications and MVPs: custom quote based on features, user flows, database design, and launch requirements.
  • SaaS platforms: custom quote based on authentication, subscriptions, billing, roles, analytics, infrastructure, and product roadmap.
  • API, backend, and integration work: custom quote based on systems involved, data requirements, security, and testing.
  • Performance or architecture work: custom quote based on the audit scope, bottlenecks, remediation plan, and implementation needs.

What A Quote Includes

A professional quote will normally identify the project scope, deliverables, assumptions, timeline, revision process, payment schedule, handover requirements, and any exclusions.

Work outside the agreed scope may require a revised estimate or a separate change request before it is started.

Payment Terms

Most projects require an upfront deposit before work begins, with remaining payments due by milestone, delivery stage, or final handover depending on the engagement.

Final files, production deployment, ownership transfer, or administrative access may be held until outstanding invoices are paid, unless a written agreement states otherwise.

Third-Party Costs

Pricing does not automatically include third-party expenses such as domain names, hosting, paid APIs, payment processor fees, stock assets, fonts, plugins, subscriptions, platform fees, or software licenses. These costs remain the client's responsibility unless included in writing.
